Four 84 Lumber Associates Honored in HBSDealer’s 2025 Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply Awards

EIGHTY FOUR, Pa. (Nov. 07, 2025) – HBSDealer has recognized four outstanding 84 Lumber associates in its annual Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply Awards. The honorees were recognized across two categories: the Business Excellence Award and the Rising Star Award.

The Business Excellence Award

The Business Excellence Award, which recognizes a leader who has demonstrated achievement, growth, and success in the hardware and home improvement industry, embraced education and community service, and inspired others to follow a similar path. 84 Lumber’s Manager of Technical Services, Jeanna Foulke, and WBE Market Manager, Alex Iacovelli, were honored under this category.

Foulke was recognized for her consistent dedication to the Install and Components teams.

“Jeanna’s passion for supporting our Install and Components teams is evident in everything she does,” said Kurt Ott, Director of Technical Services. “Her knowledge, resourcefulness, and genuine care for the people she works with make her an invaluable part of 84 Lumber.”

Iacovelli’s leadership on the WBE-led projects also stood out.

Alex has been a tremendous asset to the team,” said Jason Hinsken, National Director of Multifamily Sales at 84 Lumber. “She's taken WBE-led projects to new heights that have resulted in lifelong customers.”

The Rising Star Award

The Rising Star Award honors emerging professionals with the potential to make a significant positive impact within their company and industry for years to come.

The two associates honored under this category are Carolina Cappetta, Learning Designer at 84 Lumber, and Heather Kovaly, Human Resources Manager at 84 Lumber.

Heather Kovaly embodies what it means to put people first,” said Angela Seaborn, Senior Director of HR Operations. “Her genuine care for our associates, coupled with her dedication to the success of our company, creates an environment where everyone can thrive. Heather's leadership is guided by compassion, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact.”

Cappetta also received recognition for her outstanding contributions.

Through her personal leadership, collaborative approach, and consistent delivery of high-quality work, Carolina has distinguished herself in a relatively short time as an invaluable member of our team,” said 84 Lumber Senior Director of Training Sue Kasko. “She truly embodies the qualities of a Rising Star.”
