84 Components, the manufacturing division of 84 Lumber Company, is one of the nation's leading manufacturers of metal plate connected roof and floor trusses and wall panels. Founded in 1985, 84 Components currently operates multiple manufacturing facilities nationwide.

Designed to cater to the specialized project needs of professional builders, each 84 Components facility utilizes state of the art manufacturing technology - the latest MiTek design software, computerized saws, specialized jigging equipment, and precision wall panel systems - all designed to create finished products of exceptional value and quality.

84 Components manufacturing plants are TPI certified and inspected. Each plant is staffed by a team of highly skilled, experienced professionals dedicated to our long-standing commitment of customer satisfaction.

Abundant plant capacity, the material buying power of 84 Lumber, and the proximity to major markets provide 84 Components with the ability to easily accommodate the special project needs of both local builders and large, national accounts with equal quality and efficiency. Each plant can serve building developments and commercial sites within a 150-mile radius.

Using building components in place of conventional framing enables professional contractors to reduce waste and save time and money. Manufactured roof and floor truss systems can span 50% further than conventional framing. Fabricated wall panels can be installed in less than half the time it takes to build conventional framing, reducing labor costs and shortening the building cycle.
