Designed to cater to the specialized project needs of professional builders, each 84 Components facility utilizes state of the art manufacturing technology - the latest MiTek design software, computerized saws, specialized jigging equipment, and precision wall panel systems - all designed to create finished products of exceptional value and quality. 84 Components manufacturing plants are TPI certified and inspected. Each plant serves building developments within a 75-mile radius. Using building components in place of conventional framing enables professional contractors to reduce waste and save time and money. Manufactured roof and floor truss systems can span 50% further than conventional framing.
