Production Associates
Position Requirements: We are looking for career-minded individuals with a
high school diploma and good math skills. No prior construction experience
required; we'll train!
Job Description: Production Associates are responsible for building our
roof and floor trusses as well as our wall panel assemblies. Associates
are trained in production, quality control, logistics and safety.
Associates are encouraged to move up quickly to positions of more
responsibility such as Crew Leader, Head Sawyer, Production Manager and
more.

Designers
Job Description: 84 Components is currently seeking wood truss and wall
panel designers. This is as excellent opportunity for motivated and

Production Manager Trainees
Position Requirements: 84 Components is currently seeking energetic,
career-minded individuals that have the following qualifications:
- Two or four year degree (your course of study is not as important as
the personal traits you exhibit).
- Great interpersonal skills (people person).
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred.
Job Description: Our Production Manager Trainee Program will jump start
you into a successful career with a rapidly expanding and secure company.
We will provide you with the training and
support required to get you to the top. Your training will consist of
classroom and hands-on work for a period of six months. After that period
you will be evaluated on your ability to lead and your commitment to
increase productivity.
The career path you will follow after being promoted to Production Manager
can lead you to become a Plant Manager within 2-3 years and a General
Manager within 4-5 years.
How soon you climb the ladder will be based on your performance.
