The Affordable Homes are designed to be a low cost per square foot, for
materials and labor, while keeping well-designed floor plans. To help you
with your budgeting and selection decision, your 84 Lumber store associate
has instant pricing on all of these houses, and can provide you with a
written estimate within 48 hours.
Each home is presented in two distinct ways:
The Value Plan
This is the “basic” home package. These homes are designed to offer
you the lowest possible cost per square foot without sacrificing
material quality or departing from sound building practices. They are
charming, simple in design, and easy to build.
The Enhanced Plan
This is the “upgrade” package. Add your favorite amenities to our
Value Plan to suit your preferences. Choose any option you want or
choose them all. Our enhancements make it easy to customize your new
home.
